The past couple of years have not just been some very hard and trying times, but have also taken their toll on ones mental health. Many people are experiencing a change in their general mental well-being, enhanced feelings of worry, uneasiness or even symptoms of severe stress and discontentment.
Please don’t hesitate to ask for support, if you:
- feel anxious and/or have withdrawn from your community
- have no desire to see family and friends
- cant’t bring yourself to go out or plan for future events (e. g. holidays, parties, events)
- are often sad or cry a lot (with or without a reason)
- have started having trouble sleeping (under or even oversleeping)
- are experiencing an in- or decrease of appetite.
If you have been on a therapy waiting list for weeks or months on end, but feel like you can’t wait any longer and need to talk about your worries and needs, please also reach out.
*Alongside my therapy and mental health consultations in my practice, I offer digital appointments via video or telephone, psychological support on the weekends can also be arranged. For my digital video sessions I use RED connect by RED medical. This service provider ensures the security measures it takes to have a virtual therapy session, coaching or further consultation without having a third party violate the confidentiality of our conversation
