personal journey
I’ve worked in the publishing industry for over 20 years, primarily in creative, leadership, and management roles. But over time, I realized I no longer wanted to merely observe and write about people and issues. I wanted to support individuals directly, especially during times of sorrow, emerging crises, and personal struggles.
I wanted to help people better understand themselves and their situations, learn how to cope, and grow through their challenges. I sought to teach them how to heal their sadness, especially during the turbulent times when we tend to withdraw and feel most alone. It’s in these moments that we long for security and acceptance, yet often feel ashamed of what we’re going through.
Leaving my established career behind to pursue this new path took a lot of courage. But my daily work with clients affirms how crucial it is to break the silence and seek help during emotional distress and crisis.
An open conversation about fears and worries is a vital step toward inner healing — and I am here to support you on that journey.

Why I became a therapist
To help you help yourself and learn to be kind to your mind.
I’m a certified psychological and mental health practitioner, specializing in integrative trauma therapy and mental health coaching. My approach is rooted in the belief that every individual has the potential to heal, grow, and rediscover their sense of well-being, given the right guidance and support.
In my therapeutic framework, I concentrate on a combination of talk therapy, systemic approaches, and an in-depth exploration of personal experiences. Talk therapy provides a safe space for clients to express their feelings and explore difficult thoughts, while systemic therapy focuses on the broader context of relationships and environments that shape one's experiences. This helps clients understand how their emotional patterns and challenges are influenced by the systems they’re a part of.
Additionally, I integrate trauma-focused techniques like EMDR and elements of Gestalt therapy to create a more holistic, client-centered approach.
„The antidote to loneliness is not randomly hanging out with people. The antidote to loneliness is the comfort of a loving and safe place.“
– Benedict Wells
